Weekend Cost
The total cost for your CEE weekend is $285 per couple. Your payment covers lodging on Friday and Saturday nights, meals on Saturday (3) and Sunday (2), and all materials. Separate overnight accommodations are provided for you and your fiancée Please be aware that you may have a roommate. Payment in full is required with your reservation. A fee of $100 is withheld for any cancellation made less than five days prior to the start of the retreat. The full $285 is withheld in the event that you do not notify us and do not attend. Smoking accommodations are not guaranteed. Couples who are experiencing financial hardship should contact the registration team for information regarding assistance.


When should we register?
Registrations are done on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited. We suggest you book your weekend three months in advance. We also recommend that you attend a weekend two to twelve months before your wedding day.


The weekend is full - what do we do?
Unfortunately space is limited at our weekends. We can put couples on a waiting list, but few spots usually open up. We understand that we were suggested as a way to meet the "formation team" component of your marriage preparation, and suggest that you first look at available weekends at neighboring Engaged Encounter communities. Look under our Links section. If this does not work the best guide for alternatives is the priest or deacon that is going to marry you.


Registration Procedure
After you click below and register you need to print out the form that pops up. Either fill out credit card information on that page or fold it around a check. Mail the payment to the address on that page. If you cannot print the sheet then, a copy has been sent to the emails you provided. If you still need the form please email engagedencounter@gmail.com to ask for another copy.

Once payment is received in the mail you will receive an email confirming receipt of payment and containing directions and other information.
